Our workshops are a fantastic opportunity to learn how to make natural and organic skincare products. They are designed for people who want to take control of what they put on their skin – people who struggle to identify the ingredients on their cosmetics labels and only want to use natural skincare ingredients.
Workshop content:
- Equipment and tools you need to make lotion.
- Where to source ingredients to make natural lotion.
- Plant oils/butters –benefits and properties and what skin types they are good for
- Antioxidants and humectants – what are they and how are they used.
- Effective emulsifiers – learn the correct way to create an emulsion using reliable and safe emulsifiers.
- Recipes/formulas to take home – easy to follow recipes for different skin types to take home to practice with confidence after the workshop.
- Use beneficial plant oils/butters and essential oils in the workshops to make natural lotion.
- Detailed step by step notes on lotion making process.
- Learn the skills and the method on how to make the emulsion from scratch.
- You will take home a 100gr natural, nourishing lotion in a nice jar!
The workshop is educational as well as practical; you will be able to make lotions at home with the knowledge gained from the workshop following the recipes given out.
All raw ingredients, equipment and container are supplied so attendees do not need to bring along anything with them. Just turn up!
